Peace Social Welfare Organisation (PSWO) is a non-profit organization established in 1997, dedicated to driving social change across Andhra Pradesh, with a particular focus on Kurnool and Prakasam districts. The organization aims to empower women and children while supporting the development of Dalits, tribals, and other marginalized communities. PSWO prioritizes raising awareness on critical issues such as health, education, the environment, and social concerns. Our NGO strives to provide sustainable livelihoods and income-generating opportunities for disadvantaged groups and offers vocational skill development training to vulnerable populations. Committed to promoting sustainable agriculture and rural development, the organization also emphasizes the advancement of science and technology for community benefit. PSWO undertakes studies and research to support developmental initiatives and advocates for the protection of child rights, women’s rights, and human rights. Additionally, we work to empower and organize persons with disabilities, provide care and support for orphans and the elderly, and implement programs designed to uplift disadvantaged and vulnerable sections of society.
An integrated approach to build a equitable and empowered society
OUR VISION
We envision an inclusive and equitable community where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to empower disadvantaged and vulnerable sections of society by fostering their social, economic, educational, and cultural development, ensuring equality, dignity, and sustainable growth for all.
Our awareness programs are designed to empower the most vulnerable populations, enabling them to adopt informed and positive changes in their lives to achieve their dreams. These programs focus on a range of critical issues, including health and sanitation, the importance of Self-Help Groups (SHGs), road safety, environmental sustainability, and more. By raising awareness, we aim to equip communities with the knowledge and tools needed to build a better, healthier, and more sustainable future.
It is the small change that makes the biggest impact.
